  18. I have mine sitting on it's side beside my computer. It too works fine.
  19. I still found it hard to believe that just sitting it on top of my computer
  20. would interfere with the drive, so I set it back on top to try it out, since
  21. I knew it was working fine now,  and sure enough, the first read attempt
  22. I made I got that familiar window:  NonDos disk in DF2:
